How is the monthly price calculated?
R209.50 per subject per month includes four 90-minute live sessions, unlimited access to recorded lessons, daily practice assignments, weekly quizzes, full parent dashboard access, and our 24h intervention guarantee. No hidden fees.
Is the launch pricing permanent?
No. Our launch special (31% off) is available for our first intake starting 1 March 2024. Once you're enrolled, your price is locked in for as long as you remain a continuous member. Yearly plans lock in the rate for 12 months.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a yearly plan at any time, and we'll pro-rate the difference. You'll also get the registration fee waived when you upgrade.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! For families with multiple children, the second child receives 15% off all subjects, and the third child receives 25% off. Contact us for a custom family quote.
What if we need to cancel?
Monthly plans have no contracts - cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Yearly plans can be cancelled with a pro-rated refund for unused months. No questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT, credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and SnapScan. Monthly plans are billed automatically via debit order. Yearly plans can be paid in full or via monthly interest-free instalments.
